Atélis at d3

Atélis at d3 is a residential building in Dubai Design District (d3) developed by Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate. Meraas unveiled it on 12 May 2025 as a 45-storey tower with 280 residences and described it as the first building in d3 on the Creekside shoreline. The residences range from one- to four-bedroom apartments and include three duplex sky villas with private terraces and two penthouses with double-height living spaces.

The tower is designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). According to Meraas, its facade is inspired by a desert flower, with curved, petal-like balconies that are staggered to shade the interiors. Meraas lists three floors of amenities, including co-working space and a children's learning area, with one floor given to spa and wellness facilities, a gym and an infinity pool.

On 13 August 2026 Meraas announced that it had awarded the groundworks contract to International Foundation Group, covering site preparation, excavation, soil improvement, dewatering, shoring and piling. Meraas has not published a completion or handover date for the tower.
