Sobha Hartland is Sobha Realty's masterplan in northern Dubai Creek Harbour, established in 2014. By 2017 the district had villas and townhouses; Creek Vistas became the first large apartment cluster, aimed at young families and first-time buyers. The concept: Sobha quality at a more accessible price point.

02Construction2018 — 2022 · CONSTRUCTION

Construction ran 2018–2022. By delivery, around 90% of units had been sold. The large inventory (700 units) and accessible pricing attracted international investors from India, Pakistan, CIS — Sobha's main demand source.

03Life today2022 — TODAY · LIFE

Today Sobha Creek Vistas is one of Dubai's most liquid entry-level addresses. Price per square metre has risen 25–30% since delivery. Residents are predominantly young families with children (proximity to top schools makes the address particularly attractive) and investors on long-term holds.
