Address Residences Dubai Creek Harbour is a pair of 65-storey Emaar towers in the new Dubai Creek Harbour (DCH) mega-district. Handover planned for 2026. It's the first Address object in DCH, forming the district's branded cluster on the Downtown analogy.

The main element was to be Dubai Creek Tower — a structure exceeding Burj Khalifa's height (construction paused). Address Residences sits on the district's southern side, by the yacht marina and pedestrian promenade.

412 apartments: 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom. Sizes 75 to 350 m². Full Address service: concierge, room service, access to Address Hotel restaurants.

Amenities: rooftop infinity pool with a unique view — Downtown Dubai across the Creek (the only residence in Dubai with this view), fitness centre, Address Spa, residents' lounge. Pricing: 1BR from 1.8M AED, 2BR from 2.8M, 3BR from 4.5M, 4BR from 7M.

Dubai Creek Harbour was announced by Emaar and Dubai Holding in 2014 as 'the new Downtown' — a 6 km² masterplan centred on Dubai Creek Tower (planned to surpass the world's tallest building). By 2018, the district's first residence objects were delivering. Address Residences became the flagship branded-residence project in DCH, replicating the successful Address-cluster model from Downtown.

02Launch2020 — 2022 · LAUNCH

Sales launched in 2022. Launch pricing ran 25–30% below an equivalent Address Downtown — compensation for district novelty. By 2024, around 60% of units had been sold. Buyers are predominantly investors betting on district growth post-Dubai Creek Tower delivery.
