Marasi Riverside

Marasi Riverside is a residential project by Dubai Properties in Business Bay. When Dubai Properties opened Marasi Marina in February 2018, completing phase 1 of its Marasi Business Bay development on Marasi Drive, it said the next additions would include residential complexes, among them the 49-storey Riverside tower.
In September 2018 Gulf News reported that Dubai Properties was launching the first of four "Marasi" towers and that Marasi Riverside would offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, most of them facing the Dubai Canal and Downtown. The sources found give no construction start, handover date or completion for the tower.
