The Executive Towers

The Executive Towers is a Dubai Properties development in Business Bay, near Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Properties describes it as 12 towers; Khaleej Times reported in 2021 that 10 of the 12 high-rises are residential, the other two being the commercial Aspect Tower and the Taj Dubai hotel. Homes range from studios and lofts to apartments with one to four bedrooms, penthouses and podium villas, alongside offices and commercial villas.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the complex as completed and profiles ten of its towers: Building B was completed in 2008 and the other nine in 2009; for several of them it records construction starting in 2005. The tallest of the ten is Executive Towers Building M, at 210 m with 52 floors. The engineering firm Dar, which lists Dubai Properties Group as its client, states that the project was completed in October 2009.
The complex includes Bay Avenue, a two-storey retail promenade with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The developer lists a swimming pool and a gym among the amenities and notes that Business Bay metro station is nearby.
