Sobha Creek Vistas
Sobha Creek Vistas is a twin-tower residential project by Sobha Realty in Sobha Hartland, a community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
Sobha Realty officially launched the project in January 2019, describing two towers of 28 floors on a two-level podium with one- and two-bedroom apartments and completion planned for May 2021. The launch of Tower B, with 390 apartments, was announced in March 2019.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists Tower A and Tower B at 31 floors each, both residential and completed in 2022. Its Tower B listing credits PNC Architects with the design.
