Creek Vistas Grande
Creek Vistas Grande is a high-rise residential tower developed by Sobha Realty in Sobha Hartland, a community within Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The developer describes it as one of the final towers in Sobha Hartland, with views towards Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
Sobha Realty lists the project among its 2022 launches. In November 2024 Khaleej Times reported that the developer was preparing to deliver the tower eight months ahead of schedule, citing the use of pre-manufactured bathroom pods. Sobha Realty later announced the tower's early completion and handover, without giving a date.
The tower offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities listed by the developer include a swimming pool, a barbecue area, a children's play area, a cycling track, a sports arena and a landscaped pathway.
