Sobha Hartland

Sobha Hartland is a residential community developed by Sobha Realty in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The developer gives its size as 8 million sq ft (about 0.74 km²) and places it along the canal; news coverage describes it as a private gated estate beside the Dubai Water Canal. According to the developer, a 22-hectare green belt surrounds the district and makes up about a third of the community, which also contains two schools.
