Creek Vistas Reserve
Creek Vistas Reserve is a residential tower developed by Sobha Realty in Sobha Hartland, a freehold master development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
Sobha Realty launched the tower in March 2020, describing a 33-level building (G+3P+33) whose top three floors were named Al Ola Residences. The launch announcement listed one-bedroom apartments in four layouts and two-bedroom apartments in two layouts, with handover then scheduled for March 2023.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the tower, under the name Creek Vista Reserve, with 36 floors above ground and records construction starting in 2019 and completion in 2022. It credits PNC Architects with the design and Sobha Group as main contractor.
