VOLTA is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. DAMAC unveiled the project in September 2023 as a fitness-inspired development whose design and amenities are aimed at residents' well-being, characterising it with three key words: movement, change and wellness. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists it as under construction, with an architectural height of 283.7 m, 65 floors above ground, construction starting in 2024 and expected completion in 2028. DAMAC describes it as a 60-storey tower with a podium for parking and amenities.
According to DAMAC, one- and two-bedroom apartments occupy levels 2 to 48 and three- and four-bedroom apartments levels 49 to 58. At the launch, DAMAC described a multi-layered pool deck, an infinity sky pool, a sky yoga studio, boxing facilities, climbing walls, outdoor calisthenics, a jogging track and wellness services including an aqua gym, ice therapy, acupuncture and physiotherapy. The lobby and facility areas were presented with bold neon pink interiors and art installations.
