The S Tower, marketed by Sobha Realty as The S, is a residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. Sobha Realty announced it in October 2022 as its first signature residential project, located between Palm Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Internet City. CTBUH lists its address as Abdullah Omran Taryam Street.
At launch the developer described 62 storeys in total, with 43 residential floors and six enclosed podium levels for parking. CTBUH records a height of 228.9 m, 62 floors above ground and two below, and 84 apartments. It names PNC Architects as architect and Sobha Group as main contractor, with construction started in 2021 and completed in 2025.
The developer offers four-, five- and six-bedroom residences. Press coverage of the launch noted sea views from the north side and golf course views from the south.
