Sobha SkyParks is a residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, announced by Sobha Realty in October 2025. The developer gives its height as about 450 m and describes it as the tallest project in its portfolio. Sobha Realty and news reports count 109 storeys; CTBUH lists 110 floors above ground and 684 apartments.
The tower is a straight-line structure divided into five slender sub-towers. It contains 684 residences with one to four bedrooms as well as duplexes, according to the developer.
The tower includes four themed SkyParks, each spanning six storeys: Adventure Zone, Active Life, Lush Life and Luxe Life, the last of them at the top of the tower. CTBUH lists the building as proposed, with Sobha Group as main contractor and completion expected in 2031.
