Sobha Central

Sobha Central is a mixed-use development by Sobha Realty on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, which the developer places next to JLT. It comprises six residential towers — The Horizon, The Eden, The Serene, The Tranquil, The Mirage and The Pinnacle — with a retail mall, office space and elevated parks. Gulf Business reported that the plan includes about 14,900 m² (160,000 sq ft) of retail, 16,300 m² (175,000 sq ft) of leasable office space and 23,200 m² (250,000 sq ft) of green park space.

Sobha Realty launched the project in May 2025 with its first tower, The Horizon. CTBUH lists The Horizon as a proposed 285 m residential tower with 76 floors and 1,225 units, designed by PNC Architects with Sobha Group as main contractor. The Mirage, with 677 units, was launched in November 2025. The developer lists handover in December 2029 for The Horizon, The Eden, The Serene and The Tranquil, and in December 2030 for The Mirage and The Pinnacle.

Sobha describes The Pinnacle as the final and tallest tower of Sobha Central. CTBUH lists the complex’s tallest building, Sobha Central Tower 5, as a proposed 368.6 m residential and office tower with 99 floors; no source links this CTBUH entry to the name The Pinnacle.
