Safa One by de GRISOGONO
DAMAC Properties · Sheikh Zayed Road
Safa One by de GRISOGONO is a residential project by DAMAC Properties with two towers on Sheikh Zayed Road, on the edge of Safa Park. It is branded by the Swiss jeweller de GRISOGONO, and at the 2022 launch the design was presented as replicating a necklace by Fawaz Gruosi, the jeweller's founder. TradeArabia reports that the towers were designed by Killa Design and that the project offers one- to three-bedroom apartments, two- to four-bedroom duplexes and five-bedroom penthouses.
DAMAC confirmed the project in March 2022. In April 2023 Construction Business News Middle East reported that the piling package had gone to National Piling and Land Draining Works, and AGBI later reported that the main works contract had been awarded to United Engineering Construction Company. In March 2026 TradeArabia reported overall construction at 56% complete, with handover planned for December.
Launch coverage described hanging gardens spread across the towers and an urban tropical island with cascading waterfalls at the crown of Tower A, the taller of the two.
