Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences is a hotel and hotel-residences tower developed by DAMAC Properties with Paramount Hotels & Resorts. DAMAC places it on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Burj area; the CTBUH gives its address as Al Sa'ada Street. It is a separate building from the four-tower DAMAC Towers by Paramount complex.
The CTBUH lists the tower at 258 m with 65 floors above ground and 2 below, with construction starting in 2016 and completion in 2021. Announcements at launch described a 64-storey tower with 826 keys and the residences on floors 36 to 64; a 2016 DAMAC release gave 867 keys.
In November 2016 DAMAC awarded the main contract to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East). The architect is LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants. DAMAC lists a sky lobby, a private Paramount Pictures screening room, a rooftop infinity pool with a terrace and a fitness and wellness centre with a spa.
