One B Tower

One B Tower is a residential tower developed by wasl on Sheikh Zayed Road, overlooking the Dubai Water Canal near Business Bay. It is one of the projects of the 1 Billion Meals Endowment initiative; Gulf News reported that its proceeds are dedicated to meeting the food needs of underprivileged populations. Plans for the tower were presented to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in March 2024.

wasl launched the project in May 2024, with sales of the residential units opening at the end of that month. The tower offers one- to five-bedroom apartments, two- to four-bedroom duplexes and a penthouse. Its design was developed with UNStudio and Studio International Engineering Consultants (SIEC). Sources differ on the floor count: wasl's 2024 announcement gave 48 storeys, its project page and MEED give 47, and CTBUH lists 49 floors above ground.

MEED reported in July 2026 that Naresco Contracting had been awarded the construction contract. wasl said in 2024 that completion was planned for Q2 2028, and CTBUH lists the tower as under construction with expected completion in 2028.
