Seven Palm

Seven Palm is a two-tower residential development by the UAE-based developer Seven Tides on the western trunk of Palm Jumeirah, next to the developer's Dukes Dubai hotel and apartments. Each tower has 14 storeys, and the two are joined at the top by an infinity pool. The apartments range from studios to three-bedroom units; MEED reported 1,118 units in 2017, while trade press gave 1,116 in 2019. Retail space, restaurants, a gym and direct beach access were announced as part of the scheme.

MEED reported in September 2017 that Seven Tides had started construction, with the local firm Airolink as contractor; Gulf News confirmed in 2020 that Airolink was working on the project. In November 2019 the development, until then marketed as SE7EN Residences The Palm, was rebranded Seven Palm, with two components: Seven Palm Hotel Apartments and Seven Palm Residences.

The completion target moved several times: Arabian Business reported December 2019, Middle East Construction News reported Q4 2020 in November 2019 and April 2020, and Gulf News reported in June 2020 that handover was scheduled for Q1 2021. Seven Tides itself later gave the end of 2021 (August 2021) and Q1 2022 (November 2021) as completion dates; its latest stated date is handover planned for Q1 2023 (developer, announced November 2022). No source found confirms completion or handover of the residences. NH Collection Dubai The Palm, a hotel owned by Seven Tides that the developer describes as part of the two-tower Seven Palm complex, in the tower next to Seven Palm Residences, opened in 2023; Minor Hotels announced its launch in February 2023.
