Oceana Residences
Oceana is an apartment complex by the Dubai developer Seven Tides on Palm Jumeirah. Gulf News places it on the trunk of the Palm and reports that it has seven buildings.
The National reported in October 2011 that residents were living in the complex and that Seven Tides owned 100 of its apartments and an unopened Mövenpick hotel at the site. In 2018 Gulf News listed Oceana Residences among Seven Tides' properties on the Palm.
