Mirdad
Mirdad is a development by Union Properties in Motor City, Dubai, the company's second project in the area after Takaya. Union Properties launched it in October 2025. It comprises four towers of varying heights with 1,087 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, plus a limited number of lofts, on a plot of 356,931 sq ft (about 33,160 m²).
The developer announced the groundbreaking in December 2025; enabling works include the excavation of 446,000 m³ of soil and a 716 m shoring boundary. In January 2026 it launched Mirdad Tower 2, which has a ground floor and 31 upper floors. Completion is targeted for Q4 2028 (developer, announced 2025).
The developer lists more than 26 indoor and outdoor amenities, among them a coworking space, a golf simulator and an indoor cinema. Of the 1,294 parking spaces, 647 are to be equipped with EV chargers. According to the developer, the site has direct access to Hessa Street and the E311 (Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road).
