Motor City is a master community in Dubai developed by Union Properties, which calls it its flagship development. The company describes it as a "city within a city" on a land area of about 35.3 million sq ft (roughly 3.3 km²), with residential, business, sports and leisure components in six sectors, among them the Dubai Autodrome, OIA Residence, Uptown, Green Community MotorCity and First Avenue Mall & Hotel. The Dubai Autodrome, a Union Properties subsidiary at the centre of the development, was completed in 2004 and has an FIA-sanctioned circuit of 5.39 km; its operator places it in the greater Dubailand area. The residential areas Uptown Motor City, with low-rise apartment buildings, and Green Community Motor City, with villas, townhouses and bungalows, were described by Khaleej Times in 2021. EDACOM, another Union Properties subsidiary, manages the master community. Union Properties has since added new projects: Takaya, three residential towers with 788 units overlooking the Dubai Autodrome, on which Gulf News reported the start of work in December 2024, and Mirdad, four towers with 1,087 units, on which the company broke ground in December 2025.
