Jumeirah Asora Bay
Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay is a residential development by Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, carried out in partnership with the Jumeirah brand. It occupies the southern tip of the La Mer peninsula in Dubai. Meraas describes 35 residences: apartments, a penthouse and Ocean Mansions, with four to seven bedrooms. The homes are arranged in terraces on a hillside, with façades of terracotta and stone.
Jumeirah announced the project in April 2025 at Arabian Travel Market, together with a Jumeirah Asora Bay hotel of 103 rooms and suites and 20 villas on the same La Mer South peninsula, scheduled to open in 2029. Meraas presented the residences in mid-2025 and gives handover as early 2029. Residents' facilities listed by the developer include a lounge, a gym, a spa and an infinity pool; the Ocean Mansions have private gardens and infinity pools.
