Jumeirah Village Triangle

Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is a Nakheel master community located between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Nakheel gives its area as 242 hectares and states that it has more than 13,000 villas, townhouses and apartments, as well as schools, third-party residential developments and communal green spaces. Nakheel lists Al Khail Avenue, a large-scale shopping, leisure and entertainment destination, among the community's amenities. In March 2015 Nakheel issued a tender for enabling works for the mall, which is sited on the eastern edge of JVT.
