Sky Gate is a residential tower by Tiger Properties in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai. The developer launched it on 15 October 2025 as its third development of that year; its project page also calls it Sky Gate Tower. The apartments are studios, one- and two-bedroom units and duplexes.
The launch release described a 45-storey tower with 403 units, figures repeated by Gulf News the same day. The developer's project page gives different numbers: 54 floors, seven parking floors and a unit breakdown of 230 studios, 144 one-bedroom, 144 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom duplex apartments.
According to the launch release, construction was expected to take about three years, with handover planned for the first quarter of 2028 (developer, announced 2025). Facilities listed by the developer include a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, massage room, jacuzzi, ice-dipping pool, children's play area and jogging track.
