Vida Residences Dubai Marina is the residential part of a hotel, residences and yacht club development by Emaar Properties in Dubai Marina. Emaar opened sales on 15 March 2017, announcing 360 one- to four-bedroom apartments on levels 14 to 56, each with a balcony facing the marina, and amenities shared with the Vida hotel.
CTBUH lists the building as Vida Hotel and Residences - Dubai Marina Yacht Club: construction started in 2017 and was completed in 2022, at 229.7 m with 57 floors above ground. CTBUH records 360 apartments and 158 hotel rooms, with Killa Design as design architect.
In October 2022 The National reported that the Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club hotel was scheduled to open in December 2022.
