The Residences, Al Habtoor Grand
Al Habtoor Group · Dubai Marina
The Residences, Al Habtoor Grand is a residential tower by Al Habtoor Group next to the group's Al Habtoor Grand Resort on Jumeirah Beach in Dubai Marina, where the Skyscraper Center gives its address as Al Falea Street; the developer places it in the Dubai Marina area and has also called it an address in JBR. It was launched in January 2024 as Habtoor Grand Residences, with 283 units planned and a height of 253 m given by the developer.
The Skyscraper Center lists the tower as under construction since 2024, with 58 floors above ground, two basement levels and 271 apartments, designed by John R. Harris & Partners; the developer describes it as a G+49 tower. The residences comprise two- to four-bedroom apartments, townhouses and penthouses, with access to the resort's private beach.
In November 2024 the developer announced that construction had reached the above-ground phase. At launch it anticipated completion by March 2027.
