Al Habtoor Group

Al Habtoor Group grew out of Al Habtoor Engineering, a company Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor set up in 1970; he is named as the group's founder and chairman. Its divisions cover hospitality, automotive, vehicle leasing, real estate, education and publishing.

The group's developments in Dubai include Al Habtoor City, which it says was officially launched in 2016. It combines hotels, including The Habtoor Palace, V Hotel and Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, with The Residence Collection: three residential towers named Noora, Amna and Meera beside the Dubai Water Canal. The group lists Al Habtoor Tower in Al Habtoor City and The Residences, Al Habtoor Grand on Jumeirah Beach as under development. In April 2026 Gulf News reported its plans for a new commercial tower in Al Habtoor City.

Other Dubai properties on the group's list include residences at Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club in Dubailand, Emirates Oasis Villas and Al Wasl Village in Jumeirah, and Al Habtoor Business Tower, a 40-storey office building overlooking the beachfront at Jumeirah Beach Residence.
