Franck Muller Vanguard Tower
Franck Muller Vanguard Tower, also referred to as The Vanguard, is a residential tower in Dubai Marina developed by London Gate in partnership with the Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller. It is the second joint project of the two companies, after Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower. The tower has 34 floors and 722 residences, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with interiors that take their cue from Franck Muller's Vanguard watch collection.
The project was announced in October 2024, with handover then planned by September 2027. In October 2025 London Gate and Franck Muller reported that construction had reached the 18th floor and gave Q3 2027 as the planned handover.
