London Gate

London Gate is a UAE real estate developer whose chief executive is named as Eman Taha. In October 2023 Gulf News and Middle East Construction News reported the company's projects as Marina 106 in Dubai Marina, the Nadine I & II community in Al Furjan and Maya V in Jumeirah Village Triangle.

With the watchmaker Franck Muller, London Gate is developing Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower in Dubai Marina, listed by CTBUH as a 450 m residential tower under construction that replaces the earlier Marina 106 design. The two companies are also building Vanguard in Dubai Marina; in October 2025 they reported that it had reached the 18th floor, with handover planned for Q3 2027 (developer, announced 2025).
