Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower
Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower is a residential skyscraper on Al Kayay Street in Dubai Marina, developed by London Gate in partnership with the Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller and crowned by a Franck Muller clock. According to CTBUH it is planned at 450 m with 106 floors above ground and 649 apartments, with an all-concrete structure and Permasteelisa Group as façade contractor. CTBUH describes the project as a redesign that replaces Marina 106, a London Gate tower in Dubai Marina reported in 2023 at 434 m with 649 units.
Franck Muller announced the tower in December 2023 as its first real estate collaboration, and the project was launched in Dubai in January 2024. At launch the residences were described as one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments together with Sky Villas and Sky Mansions. CTBUH gives 2024 as the construction start.
In October 2025 the developer reported that the tower had reached the 75th floor, with the substructure complete and more than 70% of the superstructure finished. Handover is planned for Q4 2027 (developer, announced 2025); at the 2024 launch Q2 2027 was given.
