Elite Residence is a residential skyscraper on Al Sufouh Road in Dubai Marina. CTBUH lists Tameer Holding Investment as owner and developer, together with Gemstone Development. According to CTBUH, construction started in 2007 and the tower was completed in 2012; it rises 380.5 m (381 m to the tip), with 87 floors above ground and 4 below, 697 apartments and 12 elevators.
The tower was designed by Eng. Adnan Saffarini, which CTBUH also lists as structural and MEP engineer; the structure is all-concrete. The main contractor was Arabian Construction Company (ACC), which won the construction contract from Tameer Holding.
The tower stands next to Princess Tower, also developed by Tameer. In 2012 The National described Elite Residence as the third-highest residential tower in the world.
