Elite Residence is a 91-storey residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina, delivered 2012. At 380 metres, it is Dubai's fourth-tallest building (after Burj Khalifa, Marina 101 and 23 Marina). Developer: Tameer Holdings (same as Princess Tower, literally across the street); architect: Engineer Adnan Saffarini Office.
695 apartments: 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom layouts of 80 to 350 m². It's one of Marina's largest inventories, ensuring an active secondary market. Pure residential — no hotel or hotel-residence format, characteristic of Tameer's projects from that period.
Amenities are substantial: multiple pools, fitness centre, jacuzzi, tennis court, squash, mini-golf, BBQ zones, kids' club. This makes Elite Residence one of Marina's best-amenity residence objects at a relatively accessible price point.
Location: in the dense cluster with Princess Tower, Marina 101 and Marina Crown. Views depend on aspect and floor: upper floors offer direct marina and Persian Gulf views. Pricing: 1BR from 1.4M AED, 2BR from 2.4M, 3BR from 4M, penthouses from 12M. Yields 7–8%.

In 2005 Tameer Holdings, alongside the Princess Tower project, acquired a neighbouring plot in northern Marina for Elite Residence. The idea — two large residence-only objects side by side, forming a high-rise residential cluster with a shared stylistic language (both by Adnan Saffarini, both with large inventory, both pure residential).
Construction ran 2006–2012, parallel to Princess Tower. The 2008 financial crisis slowed both projects. Elite Residence was delivered later than Princess Tower — at the end of 2012. By handover, 60% of units had been sold.
A feature of Elite Residence — substantial amenities: tennis court (rare in Marina towers), squash, mini-golf, multiple pools, jacuzzi, BBQ zones. This makes the object an attraction for family renters and owner-occupants, increasing occupancy and reducing rotation.
Today Elite Residence is one of Marina's most accessible high-rise residences. The combination of pure residential format (no hotel rotation), large inventory, excellent amenities and relatively accessible pricing makes it popular with investors and family renters. Price per square metre is comparable with Princess Tower (its neighbour), but Elite often trades higher thanks to its better amenities.
