Vida Residence Downtown Dubai

Vida Residence Downtown Dubai is a serviced-apartment tower developed by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai. Emaar presented it in January 2014 as its second serviced residence project under the Vida brand in Downtown Dubai, with launch events set for 18 January 2014. The announcement described 320 one- to four-bedroom apartments across 57 storeys, all serviced by Vida Hotels and Resorts, and an air-conditioned glass bridge linking the tower to the Vida Downtown Dubai hotel opposite Souk Al Bahar.

Emaar tendered the construction contract in 2015, and in 2016 selected Al Basti & Muktha (ABM) as contractor; Canada's NORR Group was the consultant. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the tower as completed in 2019, 238.3 m tall, with 61 floors above ground and 335 apartments — figures that differ from the 57 storeys and 320 units given at launch.

At launch the design was described as stone and glass, inspired by 1920s New York art deco, with a swimming pool, fitness centre and children's area in a three-storey podium. Façade consultant Koltay Façades describes the tower as triangular in shape, with an expressed verticality.
