25hours Heimat Dubai is a residential project in Downtown Dubai carrying the 25hours Hotels brand. Ennismore announced it on 16 November 2023 as the first standalone branded residence by 25hours Hotels, developed by East & West Properties and presented by D&B Properties. According to the announcement, the residences span 73 floors and include studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses.
The design is by Studio Aisslinger, the Berlin-based studio behind the 25hours hotels in Berlin, Zurich and Cologne, working with the 25hours core team. Ennismore lists shared facilities in the lobby, on the podium, in an adults-only sky lounge with a pool on the 63rd floor and in a rooftop wellness area. Neither the announcement nor the news coverage of it gives a completion or handover date.
