The Lofts

The Lofts is a residential complex of three towers — East, West and Central — developed by Emaar Properties on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the main road through Downtown Dubai. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists it as The Lofts Burj Dubai: proposed in 2005, construction started in 2007 and all three towers were completed in 2009. It names Dartin Engineering Consultants as architect, with NORR Limited also credited on the East and West towers.
According to CTBUH, the East and West towers are each 134.1 m tall with 39 floors above ground and 3 below; the Central tower has 35 floors above ground. In December 2006 Gulf News reported that Emaar had opened sales of the Central tower; it described the three towers as located above the podium of The Lofts, launched the previous year, with a maximum of six one- and two-bedroom apartments per floor and a three-bedroom penthouse in each tower.
