Address Sky View

Address Sky View is a twin-tower hotel and serviced-residence complex developed by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai. Emaar launched it in February 2013 as The Address Residence Sky View, with a sales event in Dubai and Riyadh on 2 March 2013; the launch materials described a twin-tower complex of about 230 m with a 'Sky Bridge' holding a restaurant and an infinity pool, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. In July 2014 MEED reported that Emaar had awarded the contract to build the towers to Arabian Construction Company (ACC).

The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists both towers as completed in 2019: Tower 1 is 264 m tall with 60 floors, Tower 2 is 236 m with 55 floors and contains the hotel. Its tower records list 551 apartments and 169 hotel rooms, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill as design architect and NORR as structural engineer. Emaar describes an 85 m sky bridge at 220 m holding a 70 m infinity pool and eight Sky Collection duplexes, and a Sky Walk tourist attraction at level 53 whose steel structure was assembled on the ground from May to August 2017 and lifted into place by strand jacking.

The Address Sky View hotel opened in December 2019. The hotel and serviced residences are operated under the Address Hotels + Resorts brand, and the complex is linked to the Dubai Mall Metro station by a travellator.
