The St. Regis Residences, Financial Center Road

The St. Regis Residences, Financial Center Road is a single residential tower in Downtown Dubai, developed by Adventz Group and branded by St. Regis. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center, which also lists the building as Adventz Tower, names Adventz Group and East & West International Group as developers, Arif & Bintoak as architect and General Construction Company LLC as main contractor.
According to CTBUH, the tower has 61 floors above ground and one below and contains 232 apartments; it was proposed in 2016, construction started in 2019, and it is listed as architecturally topped out with completion expected in 2026. World Construction Network reported a topping-off ceremony in September 2024.
The residences were launched on 7 March 2023 at Atlantis The Royal in an event hosted by Driven Properties and Refine Development Management. Reports at the launch described units from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom penthouses, including four full-floor penthouses, and gave 2025 as the planned completion year.
