Adventz Group

Adventz Group is an Indian group chaired by Saroj Poddar. Gulf News reported that SJM Group, the company of Sheikh Juma bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, had formed a joint venture with Zuari Infra, the real estate arm of Adventz Group, to launch luxury projects in the UAE.

Adventz Group is named as the developer of The St. Regis Residences, Financial Center Road, a residential tower in Downtown Dubai launched in March 2023. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists Adventz Group together with East & West International Group as developers of the tower, and World Construction Network reported that its topping-off ceremony in September 2024 was led by Zuari Infraworld and SJM Properties.
