South Ridge

South Ridge is a complex of six residential towers developed by Emaar Properties as the third phase of its Downtown Burj Khalifa development. CTBUH gives Ohood Street as the address, 2005 as the construction start and 2008 as the completion year.
According to CTBUH, the towers range from 25 to 44 floors; the two tallest, West South Ridge Tower 1 and East South Ridge Tower 6, are 145 m high. The towers stand on a four-storey podium that, according to the contractor, includes parking, 18 double-storey villas, retail units and two swimming pools. Apartments have one to three bedrooms.
The architect is Arif & Bintoak, the structural engineer BG&E and the main contractor Brookfield Multiplex, which built the complex under a design-and-build contract.
