Rixos Financial Center Road Dubai Residences is a residential tower developed by East & West Properties on Financial Center Road in Downtown Dubai. Ennismore announced it in February 2024 as the first standalone residential project for Rixos, with Driven Properties and Refine Development Management as partners.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the tower as under construction, 347.8 m tall with 87 floors above ground and 3 below; it records the project as proposed in 2023, with construction starting in 2024 and completion expected in 2027. Arabian Business reported that construction began on 4 June 2024. The residences comprise one- to four-bedroom apartments and four- and five-bedroom duplex penthouses.
Ennismore's announcement and the Rixos website give 260 residences; a later Arabian Business report gave 229.
