East & West Properties is named as the developer of two branded residential projects in Downtown Dubai operated under Ennismore brands. Ennismore announced 25hours Heimat in November 2023 as developed by East & West Properties and presented by D&B Properties. In February 2024 it announced Rixos Financial Center Road Dubai Residences, the first standalone residential project for Rixos, with East & West Properties as developer; the CTBUH Skyscraper Center also lists East & West Properties as developer of that tower.
