Forte

Forte is a residential complex of two towers developed by Emaar Properties in The Opera District of Downtown Dubai, on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. Emaar credits the design to the Japanese practice Nikken Sekkei; the CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists Nikken Sekkei as design architect and AECOM as architect of record. Retail units for dining, coffee and wellness are built into the podium facing the Boulevard.

In August 2016 Emaar listed Forte among the three towers it had launched in The Opera District, alongside The Address Residence Dubai Opera and Opera Grand. In September 2017 Target Engineering Construction Company, an Arabtec Holding subsidiary, won the phase I main contract, which covered five basements for the two towers.

According to the CTBUH Skyscraper Center, construction started in 2017 and both towers were completed in 2023. Tower 1 is 281.3 m tall with 74 floors, Tower 2 is 176 m tall with 45 floors, and the complex has 919 apartments.
