Burj Vista is a residential complex developed by Emaar Properties on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai. It consists of two towers: Tower 1 has 66 floors and an architectural height of 254.6 m, and Tower 2 has 20 floors and is 98 m tall, according to the CTBUH. The complex contains 640 apartments, 520 in the taller tower and 120 in the shorter one. The CTBUH lists Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and RTKL as design architects.
Emaar launched sales in April 2013 with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments; at launch the taller tower was announced with 65 storeys. In March 2014 Emaar invited bids for the construction contract. Tower 2 was completed in 2017 and Tower 1 in 2018.
At launch, Emaar said the towers would be linked directly to the pedestrian link between the Dubai Metro station and Downtown Dubai, with retail outlets and restaurants at boulevard level and amenities including a gym, a pool and children's play areas.
