Burj Royale is a residential tower developed by Emaar in Downtown Dubai. Emaar Development launched the residences for sale on 5 November 2018, presenting the project as an extension of the Old Town neighbourhood, within walking distance of The Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera, with apartments facing Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. At the launch Emaar called it the last opportunity to buy a residential apartment in Downtown Dubai; details such as size and unit count were not disclosed at the time.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the tower as proposed in 2018, with construction starting in 2019 and completion in 2022. It gives an architectural height of 214.7 m, 57 floors above ground, 215 apartments and an all-concrete structure, and names U+A as the design architect.
