Burj Pacific

Pacific Ventures · Downtown Dubai

Burj Pacific is a residential tower developed by Pacific Ventures, less than 500 m from Burj Khalifa. Middle East Construction News (2013) and Gulf News placed it in Downtown Dubai, while Emirates 24/7 (2013) placed it in Business Bay. Pacific Ventures and the Dubai real estate company Sherwoods held a pre-launch presentation of the project for investors, reported by Middle East Construction News in September 2013.

At launch the tower was described as 20 storeys with 140 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes. Eight floors were set aside as fully furnished "Signature Residences" with interiors by Tony Ashai, and Middle East Construction News named H-AO, founded by Manoj H Rathod, as the architect.

Completion was planned for the second quarter of 2016 (developer's plan, as reported by Middle East Construction News and Gulf News in 2013). No report of completion has been found in established news sources.
