Pacific Ventures is a property developer that Middle East Construction News described in June 2012 as Indian, naming Parvez Khan as its founder. In that report the company announced two projects at Jumeirah Village in Dubai, without giving further details.

Gulf News named Pacific Ventures as the developer of Burj Pacific, a residential tower in Downtown Dubai, and Parvez Khan as the company's chairman. Middle East Construction News reported in September 2013 that Burj Pacific is a 20-storey tower less than 500 m from Burj Khalifa.
