BLVD Heights

BLVD Heights is a residential project of two towers developed by Emaar Properties on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, close to the Opera District. Emaar launched it in September 2014, with sales held on 13 September 2014; the launch report described two towers connected by a podium, with one- to three-bedroom apartments and a swimming pool and gymnasium in the podium.
In 2016 Emaar tendered the construction contract; MEED named Group Consult International as consultant. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists construction start in 2016 and completion of both towers in 2020: Tower 1 at 200 m with 53 floors and Tower 2 at 150 m with 46 floors, both all-concrete, designed by Perkins & Will.
