The Address Boulevard

The Address Boulevard is a hotel and serviced-residence tower developed by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai. Emaar announced it in September 2012 as The Address The BLVD, describing a five-star hotel with about 200 rooms and 542 serviced residences, from studios to four-bedroom units, in a 63-storey, 340 m tower with a bridge link to The Dubai Mall. In January 2013 Brookfield Multiplex was awarded the main construction contract.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the building as completed in 2017, 370 m tall, with 73 floors above ground and 196 hotel rooms; it names Atkins as architect and NORR as structural engineer. Emaar Hospitality Group unveiled the Address Boulevard hotel in March 2017, describing a 72-storey curvilinear tower with 196 rooms and suites, 532 serviced residences including duplexes and two penthouses, and a spa occupying a dedicated 700 m² floor.
In 2018 Emaar agreed to sell the hotel, together with four other Dubai hotels, to Abu Dhabi National Hotels. From 1 January 2024 the hotel operates under the Kempinski brand as Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai.
