Boulevard Point

Boulevard Point is a residential tower developed by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai, on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard next to Emaar's Fountain Views. Emaar announced the project in January 2014, with sales set to open on 25 January 2014. The announcement described 297 one- to three-bedroom residences across 63 storeys above The Dubai Mall extension, with direct access to the mall via a dedicated bridge link.
Emaar invited construction bids in 2015, and in 2016 Arabian Construction Company (ACC) won the contract to build the tower. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists Boulevard Point as completed in 2020, 279.8 m tall, with 69 floors — a different count from the 63 storeys given by Emaar and the architect. CTBUH names Dewan Architects & Engineers as architect and WME Consultants as structural engineer.
DP Architects, credited as design team on its own site, describes terraced lower levels forming a saw-tooth configuration and a façade of vertical fins, sun-shading ledges and projecting glass balconies. Landscape architects Gillespies designed the residents' gardens, including garden terraces on the 5th and 12th floors.
