Act One | Act Two

Act One | Act Two is a residential complex of two towers developed by Emaar Properties in the Opera District of Downtown Dubai, next to Dubai Opera. Emaar unveiled the project in August 2016, with a sales event in London on 10 August and a Dubai launch on 11 August; at launch it announced towers of 52 and 46 storeys with 718 units, and said the towers' façade design takes cues from the sway of The Dubai Fountain.

The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists both towers as completed in 2023, with construction started in 2017. Act One rises 193.3 m with 52 floors above ground, and Act Two 172.3 m with 47 floors above ground; each has 4 floors below ground and an all-concrete structure. CTBUH records 778 apartments for the complex and names Perkins Eastman Architects as architect, Archgroup Consultants as structural and MEP engineer, and China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East as main contractor. CTBUH also lists a 2025 Award of Excellence for the complex in its Best Tall Building by Region category.

Emaar's 2016 announcement described one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with a limited number of penthouses on the top two levels; Emaar's current project page lists apartments and townhouses with one to four bedrooms. Amenities named by Emaar include swimming pools, infinity pools, a health club and a spa.
