Tiger Sky Tower is a residential skyscraper in Business Bay, Dubai, developed by Tiger Properties, the real estate arm of Tiger Group. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists it with an architectural height of 532 m, 116 floors above ground and 6 below ground, with construction starting in 2024 and completion expected in 2029.
In June 2024 Gulf Times reported plans for a rainforest at 447 m, an infinity pool at 431 m and a restaurant at 439 m. Handover is planned for 2029 (developer, announced 2024).
