Regalia
Regalia is a 70-storey residential tower developed by Deyaar Development in Business Bay. Deyaar launched the project in July 2021 and describes it as the tallest residential project it has developed. The developer has not published the tower's height. At launch, Deyaar said the tower would connect to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.
In September 2021 Deyaar held a groundbreaking ceremony and appointed Gulf Asia Contracting, part of RP Group, as main contractor. Completion was then scheduled for 2024 (developer, announced 2021); Deyaar's construction update later gave an expected completion of Q2 2026. In April 2026 Deyaar announced the handover of Regalia's 913 units, which comprise studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses, along with retail stores.
Amenities announced by Deyaar include an Olympic-size infinity pool with private cabanas and jacuzzis, a family gym, a yoga pavilion, an outdoor winter cinema, indoor and outdoor children's play areas and a business centre. The apartments were announced as smart-home enabled.
